    Caregiver guide

    Privacy Policy

    A plain-language guide to the information Nina’s Game uses to provide play, subscriptions, and caregiver support.

    Effective and last updated September 11, 2026

    This policy is written for the caregivers who manage Nina’s Game accounts. It describes the current Nina’s Game service, including optional email updates, private My Words lists, optional word recordings and photos, speech, chat, and subscription features.

    The service

    Who we are

    Ezy Flow AI Pty Ltd operates Nina’s Game, the family learning service and its six-game collection. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Ezy Flow AI Pty Ltd, and “Nina’s Game” means this service and its related account pages.

    For privacy questions or requests, email help@ninasgame.com.

    What we receive

    Information we handle

    Depending on how your family uses Nina’s Game, we may handle:

    • Account details: the account identifier and email returned by the managed sign-in service, plus a name if that service provides one.
    • Subscription details: the account email, Stripe customer identifier, subscription status, trial dates, and billing-period dates needed to check access.
    • Email update details: an email and optional first name a visitor provides when choosing occasional Nina’s Game updates. This is stored in Buildy Contacts for updates and stays separate from a Nina’s Game account and subscription.
    • An optional player photo: one compressed photo saved to the signed-in account when a caregiver or player chooses to add it.
    • Private My Words data: caregiver-created list titles, custom words, their order, and an optional short voice recording attached to a saved word.
    • Caregiver chat messages: the text a caregiver sends to Twinkle, the Nina’s Game Guide, so the chat service can provide a reply.
    • Feedback messages: an optional name, email, and message a visitor shares through the feedback and game-suggestion form so the Nina’s Game team can review or reply.
    • Limited operational details: information needed to authenticate an account, check access, protect the service, or respond to a technical failure.

    Game activity such as detailed level progress, drawings, or puzzle progress is kept for the current visit and is not saved as a detailed player profile.

    Why it is used

    How we use information

    We use information to provide Nina’s Game and its account pages, including to:

    • sign families in and keep account access working;
    • check whether a trial or subscription opens the games;
    • provide game features, including an optional level-complete celebration and the private My Words journey;
    • save and replay an optional word recording only when a caregiver or player chooses to make one;
    • answer caregiver questions through Twinkle, and send occasional Nina’s Game updates, new-game news, and family-friendly tips when a visitor has chosen email updates;
    • protect accounts and the service, investigate problems, and meet legal obligations.

    We do not use the optional player photo for face recognition, face matching, or face analysis.

    Optional feature

    The player photo

    The celebration photo is optional. If you choose one, Nina’s Game prepares a centered, compressed JPEG in the browser and stores it in a private, account-owned profile record. One photo is supported for each signed-in account.

    The photo is used only as a small portrait during level-complete celebrations. It is not sent to the public Media library, an AI image service, or a face-analysis service.

    You can replace or remove the photo from the photo setup card in the game menu at any time. If an account is deleted after a request, the photo is intended to be deleted with it, subject to records we may need to keep by law.

    Optional custom play

    Saved custom word lists and recordings

    My Words lets a signed-in caregiver create multiple private word lists with up to 20 names or words in each list. The list title, saved words, insertion order, and optional recording stay with the caregiver’s account so the family can return to them.

    A voice recording is saved only when a caregiver or player chooses to make one. It is stored with creator-only word data, can be replaced or removed from the list editor, and is used when the family chooses to play that word in My Words. We do not publish it or add it to the public Media library.

    Typed word play remains available if a microphone is unavailable or permission is declined. This optional recording feature is separate from browser speech recognition described below.

    Browser and device feature

    Speech features

    Nina’s Game has two different optional speech features. Spoken prompts use the browser or device’s speech synthesis to read game instructions and celebration praise aloud. Nina’s Game does not create or save a voice recording from those prompts.

    When a browser supports speech recognition, a player may choose to speak an answer. The browser or device handles the listening session, and Nina’s Game receives a transcript in memory to match the answer. The current app does not save that browser recording or transcript in the Nina’s Game account. This is different from a user-created My Words recording, which is saved privately only when the caregiver or player chooses to keep it.

    Speech availability depends on the browser and device. The browser or device provider may have its own privacy terms for speech services. Touch answers remain available, and caregivers can turn sound off.

    Twinkle

    Caregiver chat

    Twinkle is a text chat for caregiver questions about Nina’s Game, its games, and the trial. Messages are sent to the chat service that generates a reply. The current app keeps the conversation on screen for the open session and does not write chat messages to Nina’s Game account records.

    Please do not enter medical details, passwords, payment card numbers, private information about a child, or anything else you would not want to share with a chat service. Chat replies are general information about Nina’s Game and are not professional medical, educational, or legal advice.

    Optional messages

    Feedback and game suggestions

    Visitors may optionally share a name or email when they use the Feedback & Game Suggestions form. The message and any details they provide are sent by email to help@ninasgame.com so the Nina’s Game team can review the feedback or reply when an email is supplied.

    Providing an email for a reply does not sign a visitor up for Nina’s Game updates and does not add them to the update list or Contacts automatically. Please avoid including private or sensitive information about a child, such as a name, age, diagnosis, location, or other details that are not needed for general feedback or a game idea.

    Billing

    Subscriptions and Stripe

    Stripe Checkout collects payment card details directly when a caregiver starts the 7-day trial. Stripe keeps the payment details needed to process the subscription. Ezy Flow AI Pty Ltd does not store the full card number in Nina’s Game.

    To provide access, Nina’s Game receives information such as the Stripe customer identifier, subscription status, trial end, and current billing-period dates. Stripe Customer Portal handles billing updates and cancellation. Stripe’s own privacy terms also apply to its handling of payment information.

    Family use

    Children and caregiver guidance

    Nina’s Game is designed for children ages 5 and up to use with caregiver guidance. An adult caregiver should manage the account, decide whether to add a photo, supervise speech permissions, and choose what information is entered into chat.

    Please avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information. This policy does not make a claim that Nina’s Game meets a particular children’s privacy law or replaces a caregiver’s responsibility to use the service in a way that suits their family.

    When information is shared

    Sharing information

    We may share the information described here with service providers that help operate the service, such as providers for managed sign-in, Buildy Contacts for optional email-update records, account records, web hosting, Stripe billing, and Twinkle caregiver chat. They receive information needed to provide those services. When a visitor joins the email-update list, the email and optional first name remain contact details for that list, separate from a Nina’s Game account and subscription.

    We may also disclose information when needed to comply with a lawful request, protect people or the service, investigate fraud or security issues, or enforce our terms. If Ezy Flow AI Pty Ltd is part of a sale, merger, financing, or similar business change, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

    We do not sell personal information.

    Keeping information safe

    Retention and security

    We keep account and subscription records while they are needed to provide access, manage billing, protect the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. The optional photo and private My Words lists, words, and saved recordings stay available until they are replaced, removed, or deleted with the account, subject to lawful retention. Optional email-update contact details stay in Buildy Contacts while needed to manage requested updates, and we remove them when a visitor unsubscribes or asks us to delete them, subject to lawful retention.

    Nina’s Game does not save browser speech-recognition recordings or transcripts in the account and does not save detailed game progress. A user-created My Words recording is saved privately when chosen and remains available until the caregiver removes it or asks us to delete the related data. The chat service may handle messages to provide its replies, while the current app does not save a chat history to the Nina’s Game account.

    We use account ownership rules and access controls for private records. No online service can promise absolute security, so please protect your sign-in details and use care when sharing information.

    Your control

    Your choices and requests

    • Remove or replace the optional player photo from the game menu.
    • Rename, reorder, edit, or delete private My Words lists and saved words from the game. Replace or remove an optional word recording at any time.
    • Use touch controls instead of speech, and turn sound off from the welcome or game screen.
    • Manage or cancel billing through the Subscription page and Stripe Customer Portal.
    • Unsubscribe from occasional Nina’s Game email updates using the link in an update email, and ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information, including private My Words lists, saved words, and recordings, by emailing help@ninasgame.com.

    The current app does not include an account-deletion button. Contact us for an account or data request, and we will review it and respond under applicable law.

    Keeping this page current

    Updates and contact

    We may update this policy when Nina’s Game, its account features, My Words data choices, its chat, its speech features, or its subscription changes. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Please review it from time to time.
