    Terms and Conditions

These plain-language terms explain how families can use Nina’s Game, manage a subscription, and stop promotional messages.

    Last updated August 21, 2026

Nina’s Game is a family-friendly learning game with matching, finding, tapping, trace-and-write, animal puzzle party, and My Words activities. By using Nina’s Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

    Start here

    Using Nina’s Game

Nina’s Game gives families a calm place to practice skills through playful activities. Use the games for personal, family learning and follow the instructions shown on each screen.

An active trial or paid subscription opens all six games, including My Words, Animal Puzzle Party, and the full letter, number, and shape tracing library, while your account has active access. We may update levels, instructions, artwork, or the way a feature works as we care for the service.

    Caregiver responsibility

    Accounts and family use

An adult caregiver is responsible for the account, keeping sign-in details private, and activity that happens through the account. Please do not share access in a way that bypasses the plan or puts the account at risk.

Caregivers should choose activities that suit the player, supervise use when appropriate, and help with optional speech features or device permissions. Nina’s Game is a practice tool for families and does not replace professional educational, medical, or other advice.

    Optional player photo

    Saved celebration photo

Nina’s Game offers an optional celebration photo setting for the player. If you choose a picture, Nina’s Game stores a compressed copy with the signed-in account so it can be available in a future session.

The photo is used only in the level-complete celebration, where it appears as a circular portrait on the dancing star. You can replace or remove it at any time from the photo setup card in the game menu.

Nina’s Game does not perform face recognition, face matching, or other face analysis on the photo.

My Words lets a caregiver create multiple private custom word lists with up to 20 names or words in each list. A caregiver or player may choose to make a short voice recording for a saved word. The recording stays with the account’s private word data, can be replaced or removed from the list editor, and is not required for typed word play. You can ask for list, word, or recording deletion through the privacy contact at help@ninasgame.com.

    Plan details

    Subscription and 7-day trial

Nina’s Game has one subscription plan at $7.99 per month. Stripe Checkout collects a card before the trial starts. The trial lasts 7 days, and billing begins at the end of the trial unless the subscription is canceled first.

Trial reminder: A card is required to begin the free trial. Mark the trial end date on your calendar if you do not want the recurring charge to begin.

Stripe will show the billing details for the subscription during checkout and in billing management. While the trial or subscription is active, the account can use all six games, including My Words and Animal Puzzle Party, and the full tracing library.

    Manage your plan

    Cancellation and billing management

To cancel or manage billing, sign in to Nina’s Game and open the Subscription page. Select Manage billing, then follow the instructions in the Stripe Customer Portal.

There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

    1. Sign in to your Nina’s Game account.
    2. Open the Subscription page.
    3. Choose Manage billing and follow Stripe’s instructions.

If you are on the free trial, cancel before the 7-day trial ends to avoid the recurring $7.99 monthly charge. Stripe will display the effective cancellation timing, billing information, and any access details available for your account. This page does not promise a refund or a specific period of access after cancellation.

    Email choices

    Promotional email unsubscribe

To stop promotional emails, select the Unsubscribe link in the email. The link is usually at the bottom of the message.

Unsubscribing from promotional email does not stop messages needed to provide Nina’s Game, such as account, sign-in, subscription, billing, security, or service notices.

    Text choices

    Promotional text-message unsubscribe

To stop promotional texts, reply STOP. Reply HELP if you need assistance with the messages. Your carrier may charge standard message or data rates.

Promotional texts require consent where applicable. You can withdraw marketing text consent by replying STOP. Stopping promotional texts does not necessarily stop essential account or service messages that Nina’s Game needs to send.

    Keep it safe

    Acceptable use
